What is the legal ground for managing your personal data?

Agreement – We will use your personal data only for advertising and marketing, personalization of content and services, advertising analisis – only if we have your agreement to do so. Justified interest – Considered by us a justified interest to analylise the traffic of our website, so we can provide a good service – for example to monitor successful pages upload or error communication.

Upon request we will provide you with a copy of the personal data we have about you in electronic or other proper form. Providing of copy of your data is free of charge, but we have the right to demand administrative fee in case of repetitive and excessive requests.

In the case of exercising your right to be forgotten, we will delete all your personal data, excluding the information we need to prove that your right to be forgotten is fulfilled. We do not delete the data, that we have a legal obligation to store, including to protect ourselves against legal claims and prove of our rights.

In order to protect the confidentiality and the security of your data, we can take steps to prove your identity before we give your access to the requested personal information.

If we discover security breach of your personal data, which can lead to a high risk for your rights and freedom, we will inform you without delay about the breach and the necessary actions taken or to be taken. We are not obliged to inform you if:

  • We have taken measures to guarantee that the breach will not result in high risk for your rights;

  • Your notification would require disproportionate efforts.
